For Liz inspiration comes from daily life, like a county fair, a parade, or a motorcycle show.
Interested in art at a young age she took classes in high school and college. Later she studied with watercolor artist Lassie Corbet of Herndon, VA. Painting in watercolor for over twenty years now Liz's style is impressionistic, colorful, and vibrant.
Liz divides her time between two studios one in Winchester, VA and the other in Cumberland, MD. She teaches painting classes to both adults and children in Winchester,VA, Hagerstown, MD, and Cumberland, MD.
She is a member of the Allegheny Arts Council and Garrett County Arts Council.
